How many magnets do I get per order?

At the moment our main product includes 9 magnets.

Can I preview my photos before placing the order?

Yes! After uploading your photos, you'll see a preview of
how they will appear on the magnets before adding them to your cart.

What format should my photos be?

We recommend using high-quality JPEG or PNG files to ensure
the best print result.

Do you ship to the USA?

We ship to the USA and strive to provide accurate tracking
information to ensure your peace of mind.

Do you ship outside of North America?

We ship to most of South America. Although shipping isn't
cheap, we are dedicated to providing a high-quality product that’s worth the
investment.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We do our best to process and ship orders within 1 to 2 days. If you're located in Canada or the USA, delivery typically takes about a
week or less. For orders to South America, shipping usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, but please note that carrier delivery times cannot be guaranteed
